Q. Do you have a minimum order?

| A. Yes, the minimum for 1 through 8 spot color printing is 36; 4 color process printing is 72. There are substantial price breaks at 72, 144 and 288 pieces |

| Q. What is your turn around time? |
| A. About 7 working days, although we offer rush service for an additional fee. |

| Q. Do you offer art services? |
| A. Yes, we have an in-house art department. |

| Q. Do you require a deposit? |
| A. Orders require 50% deposit, and the balance at the time of pick-up. We will also accept a Purchase Order or Credit upon approval. (Net 20 terms) |

| Q. Do you accept checks or credit cards? |
| A. Yes, we accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa. |

| Q. Do I have to come in to place an order? |
| A. No, you can also place your order by phone, fax or email. But we really like the personal communication. There's less chance for misinterpretation that way. |

| Q. Do you do embroidery? |
| A. No we do not do embroidery, we have spent 10 years perfecting the screen-printing process. We leave the perfecting of embroidery to shops that specialize in embroidery. |

| Q. How many colors can you print? |
| A. We can print up to EIGHT (8) colors on each image. |

| Q. Can customers proof the final product before printing? |
| A. Yes. On request, we can schedule a press check, at which you can approve a strike-off before we begin production. |

| Q. Do you deliver? |
| A. Not at this time. We can arrange for a courier service for a nominal fee and we have daily UPS shipping available. |

| Q. Is the printing done on the premises? |
| A. Yes. |
