Vreeland Graphics sets the standard for fine art reproduction on textiles. As a fully automated shop we are capable of runs from our 36 piece minimum to your heart's desire, with printing from one to eight colors.
At Vreeland, we try to dissolve the line between client and vendor because, after all, we both want the same thing: a perfect print on a perfect garment. This allows us to work together toward the same objective.
Vreeland graphics is fast acquiring a national reputation for its four-color process reproduction on t-shirts. We were the first in Austin to carry discharge process printing on dark garments to award-winning levels. Discharge ink removes the dark pigment dye from a shirt directly under the image area, allowing a direct print on the shirts' natural unbleached color. This eliminates the thick sheet of under base ink previously needed for color images on black garments - thus opening the way for advanced process and simulated process on dark garments.
We have a state of the art convection gas dryer that allows us precise heat settings. These heat settings are paramount to a perfect discharge print and overall perfect curing of the inks on a garment. We experience no washout and stand by our quality 100%.
There are many brands of quality t-shirts available now in both all-cotton and cotton blends. (Cheap promotional weights usually need to be special-ordered today, as good heavyweights have come down in price so much.) We often suggest different brands and weights within the brands to tailor to your specific needs.
Printing at Vreeland Graphics is an art. We study every new technique and industry development minutely and pay meticulous attention to detail at every stage of production, from art to the press. With today's technological advances in printing equipment and the adoption of computer graphics programs, it takes a sincere dedication to the art and craft of screen-printing to stay ahead of the competition in quality. That is where Vreeland is and where our customers will remain - ahead of the competition.
